Job Summary

Work Shift:

Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)I. Position Summary:
Provides professional nursing care under supervision for assigned patients according to
established standards and practice. Participates as a team member of the clinical
interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate resources to all internal/external customers.
Responsible for carrying out the mission vision values and quality commitment of
Houston Healthcare.
II. Qualifications:
A. Education & Training:
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
B. Experience:
One (1) year of LPN experience.
C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:
Current US state LPN license with authorization to practice in the state of GA.
Current AHA/ARC BLS certification.
D. Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to utilize standard office equipment. Must be able to utilize
diagnostic equipment as well as patient care equipment. Must be able to utilize
personal protective equipment such as gloves gown mask etc
