Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned shift.

Responsibilities:

Particpate with interviewing and selection of new coordinates and supervises daily staffing direction orientation training coaching and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies procedures and staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and manage department technology including bed management programs

Education and Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate Work Experience: One (1) of year supervision experience in healthcare or hospitality environment preferred.
