// Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors clients and guests directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answer and screen incoming calls rout them to the correct staff and take detailed messages.
- Manage the HR calendar.
- Handle general office tasks including filing data entry and photo copying.
- Receive sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and monitor office supplies.
- Assist with HR tasks.
- Train in production and shipping.
// Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Excel experience is required
- Ability to change gears quickly as needs change
- Ability to work well alone and with a team
- Be obsessive about quality
