We are seeking a Content Licensing Associate to support clients Content Licensing team on a temporary basis. This individual will assist in maintaining relationships with content providers coordinating licensing workflows and ensuring the accuracy of content-related data across clients Consumer and Professional Information products. This role will involve vendor coordination contract administration financial tracking and cross-functional collaboration with operations procurement and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with external partners attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Support relationship management with third-party content and market data vendors.
- Assist with content licensing processes including purchase requisition preparation billing verification and tracking of licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure accurate vendor payments and reconciliation.
- Maintain internal records of market data services and license inventory.
- Aid in gathering and organizing data for usage analysis.
- Participate in vendor audits service installations/removals and documentation efforts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect requirements for new or updated content needs.
- Manage market data entitlements across various user platforms and market data feeds.
Required Skills:
- 2 years of professional experience in business operations vendor management licensing procurement or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficient in using spreadsheets internal databases and web-based business tools.
- Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with financial markets and/or content licensing is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in media financial services or content licensing environments.
- Understanding of contract administration or vendor onboarding processes.
