Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• You will analyze the business problem and apply your engineering skills enhanced by AI to build seamless and user-friendly solutions.
• You will collaborate with Product Managers to turn requirements into working prototypes within days rather than weeks.
• You will use AI-assisted tools to quickly build interfaces services or code snippets then refine and productize them to meet robustness and scalability standards.
• You will design and develop back-end logic in Java 21 and Spring Boot front-end components in React and build and integrate APIs and data models with PostgreSQL MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
• You will continuously integrate AI into the development cycle from generating boilerplate code to writing tests and debugging and ensure AI models are adapted to real use cases.
• You will take ownership of your code deliver features end-to-end write and maintain unit tests participate in code reviews and mentor peers in AI-driven workflows.
• You will proactively identify opportunities to improve tools libraries and workflows while contributing as both an engineer and a product thinker.
• You will collaborate in cross-functional remote-first teams communicate clearly and embrace flexibility and adaptability to drive results.

Qualifications :

To be successful:

• You have 5-8 years of experience building and shipping software products ideally SaaS with exposure to start-up or scale-up environments.
• You have strong backend skills in Java/Spring Boot and frontend skills in React/TypeScript along with database experience in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• You have a product-driven mindset caring about user experience and business impact as much as technical implementation.
• You have curiosity and adaptability with the drive to learn new frameworks and AI tools and apply them in your work.
• You have the ability to thrive in a remote-first collaborative team with clear communication and a strong sense of ownership.
