About the opportunity

  • Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums networking sessions and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives.
  • Develop communications such as website content capability statements promotional materials project reports and presentations.
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination marketing communications or event management.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to draft reports promotional content and correspondence for diverse audiences.
  • High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.

Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
