Global Project Manager

Position Summary:
Accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience leading complex multi-national projects from initiation through delivery. Skilled in managing diverse cross-functional teams across regions navigating cultural differences and driving alignment with global business objectives. Adept at risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes within a dynamic fast-paced environment. Recognized for exceptional communication adaptability and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget across multiple regions.

This role reports to the Global IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee global IT projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with governance and enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead and coordinate technical projects including budget management third-party vendor oversight and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with governance network and security teams to ensure all projects meet compliance and framework requirements.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans resource allocations and budgets to support successful delivery.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks; establish contingency plans to minimize impacts on timelines and costs.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scopes and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate activities of external vendors and internal teams to achieve project deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 57 years of related experience including at least 3 years in project management within IT infrastructure environments.
• Advanced project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions desired
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Microsoft Project).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure) Cyber Security and Data Protection regulations
