SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver classroom instruction practical exercises and scenario-based training for the Intelligence Management/Combat Operations Center (IM/COC) course.
- Provide subject matter expertise on C2 family of systems including C2PC Tactical Common Server (TCS) JBC-P TAK/ATAK MMC (Mounted Mission Command) and MCH (Marine Corps Handheld).
- Support training in battle staff functions watch officer/COC operations and ISR-to-operations integration.
- Assist with curriculum execution lesson updates and training material revisions in accordance with SAT-E standards. Conduct system demonstrations and hands-on labs replicating COC operations (COP management ISR tasking targeting support).
- Mentor Marines on operational employment of IM/COC systems in alignment with mission requirements.
- Collaborate with training commands program offices and MEF-level staff to maintain instructional relevance.
- Follow security protocols and accreditation standards.
- Support the collecting processing analysis and evaluation of information at the strategic operational and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to but not limited to counterterrorism infrastructure cybersecurity and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process and all phases of the intelligence cycle such as production and dissemination.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years with military/DoD training of related experience with intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience. Completion of a recognized instructor course (i.e. Marine Corps Instructor FLEX DLEC or equivalent).
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more warfighting functions (C2 Maneuver Fires Logistics Aviation or Information Management).
- Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst operator or instructor highly desired.
