Job Duties:
Assist the pharmacist in the preparation compounding and labeling of medications for distribution.
Minimum Education
Required Education:
X High school diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses
Pharmacy Technician
Required License/Certifications:
Pharmacy Tech I
Registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required.
Pharmacy Tech II
Registration with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required. Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPht) certification is required in 2 years. Completion of a degree program with PTCB certification is accepted in lieu of PTCB or CPht.
Pharmacy Technician
