Description
As an Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the Neil Hellman School. You will report to the Principal and you will work on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Function as a back-up for the Office Manager for duties related to student attendance and School Tool
- Enter data into School Tool as assigned
- Answer phones create correspondence make copies and distribute mail
- Greet visitors to the building ensure that they have a visitor pass and are escorted to their destination
- Maintain Neil Hellman School main office order office supplies
- Schedule various meetings on behalf of the Principle
- Maintain school petty cash; manage credit card receipts and organize for submission each month
- Coordinate the usage of school vehicles (vans)
- Track and record swipe badges and office keys
- Complete new employee paperwork; schedule new staff for training
- Write suspension letters as directed by the Principal
Requirements and Education:
- Associate degree and two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
