• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
  • Provide support with bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility transfers and walking.
• Medication Reminders:
  • Reminding and documenting medication compliance
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
  • Assist with hydration and meal planning /preparation adhering to dietary requirements .
• Companionship and Social Interaction:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring:
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.
• Transportation:
  • Provide transportation for clients.
  • This will require a reliable automobile auto insurance and a valid driver license.

• CNA preferred.
• 3 years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification CPR and First Aid a plus.
• Compassionate patient and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
• Computer access and basic competency.
• Fluent English.
• Drivers License reliable vehicle and auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
