Syufy Enterprises is a fast-growing financially strong Marin-based entertainment and leisure company that owns a variety of businesses including high-end athletic clubs and spas restaurants golf venues shopping centers public markets and drive-in theaters. Over the next several years the company will be rapidly expanding all its brands and looking to invest in new brands.


POSITION SUMMARY:




This position works closely with the EVP-Operations in developing coordinating tracking evaluating and executing company initiatives projects operating procedures systems training materials department manuals R&D projects data analysis competitive pricing reviews etc. This person will be provided with general supervision by the EVP-Operations and will need to be organized self-motivated resourceful and able to successfully handle multiple concurrent projects and assignments with minimal direct supervision





RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Some examples of types of projects and assignments this position will take on (either in a lead role or assisting role):
  • Updating Creating and Compiling Operations Manuals Employee Training Materials etc.
  • Digital Initiatives: User Experience Review Data Flow System Testing Website and App Accuracy Content Development.
  • R&D: Competitor Analyses and Pricing Comparisons New Product and Program Research
  • Analyses: Business Metrics Program Reviews Promotions Initiatives etc.
  • Working with Home Office Directors and VPs on various work flow process improvement projects.
  • The above list is representative not all-inclusive. This position will assist with a wide variety of tasks and projects that cover overall operations and will attend various meetings conference calls and Teams meetings across the various business operations and development to learn the business and the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Word Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Math and analysis skills.
  • Successful work experiences in high school and college.
  • College internship is a plus.
  • Operations restaurant hospitality work experience is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; great listening skills.
  • Skilled and at ease in dealing with any customer service situation.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle multiple concurrent projects and assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Friendly outgoing energetic enthusiastic and motivational.
