Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Auxillary
Responsibilities:Enter and maintain correct inventory records in the operating system following the companys procedures in order to ensure the accuracy of the warehouse records and the net value in dollars contributing to the warehouses certification level. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.
- Verify the quality of the pieces made with the objective that they are dispatched to the client with all the required standards.
- Make sure that the products entering the Packaging area match the specifications established by the customer order.
- Feed the database of shipped products (product images) in order to update the history of products and customers and have references for future sales and reviews of what was shipped.
- Contribute to the flow of orders by distributing the parts to the benders.
- Verify that when bending a part it has all the specifications requested by the client both in the form of bending and in the labels.
- Ensure that packaged orders are in optimal cleaning conditions removing dirt or returning to the corresponding area.
SPECIFIC TASKS -
Receive the products made in the different work areas.
Take the photos to send to the customer and supply the internal data of the product shipped.
Audit and verify some quality points of the pieces made and before taking the photo and proceed to deliver it to the benders or return them if they do not meet the quality standards.
Support the functions performed in the packaging area to cover them when necessary.
Assign orders to duplicators.
Fold the pieces according to what is specified in the order.
Attach customer labels.
Assemble the boxes before packing.
Clean and inspect the parts if necessary or return them if they do not meet quality standards.
Required:
- High school graduate.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of English
