Job Summary:
The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in Aiken is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical emotional and mental well-being of members at our day center. This is aPRN Monday-Friday role at our Aiken location.

Responsibilities:
Provide member care including administering medications nursing treatments to those with MD order
Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator
Educate members about health conditions treatments and preventative measures.
Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records andcreating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed.
Updating care plan no less than every 6 months and quarterly nursing note on each members status at the day center.

Requirements:
Valid and current registered nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably with senior adults adults with disabilities or community setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members families and team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.

As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
