This W-2 fee for service Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across the following two affiliated organizations all under shared leadership:
FOCUS #1 Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
FOCUS #2 Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center LLC
You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of both companies with hours responsibilities and compliance obligations tracked separately for each.
This role is structured as an up to 40-hour per week position with approximately 16 of the total weekly hours allocated to Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center and 16 of the total weekly hours allocated to Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. While day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally to support integrated care each employer will manage its own onboarding HR and compliance processes in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

Client Service Location Expectations:
This position is community-based and services are delivered directly within clients own homes or in other approved community settings. The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist is responsible for traveling to clients to provide scheduled peer support services on a fee-for-service basis. Service delivery is not tied to hourly shifts at a facility; instead the specialist must ensure timely professional and consistent engagement with clients as outlined in their recovery plans. Accurate documentation of all encounters and adherence to program protocols is required. Remote-only service delivery is not applicable for this role unless specifically authorized for tele-peer support under program guidelines.
Caseload Makeup:
The assigned caseload for this position consists of up to eighteen (18) Category B clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue Baltimore MD throughout the community or in the homes of clients.

CLASSIFICATION:
This is a fee-for-service position with services delivered directly in clients homes and community settings. Compensation is tied to the successful delivery and documentation of authorized service units billed in 15-minute increments. Service allocation is distributed across the affiliated organizations as follows:
Although each assignment is structured and billed independently under its respective entity the combined responsibilities constitute a full service caseload comparable to a 40-hour per week role across the organizational network. This structure ensures flexibility shared staffing efficiency and cross-program collaboration while maintaining compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
WORK SCHEDULE: Every Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday of each week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
COMPENSATION RANGE:
Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 - $25.00 per hour long session paid in 15 minute increments and is commensurate with experience expertise verified credentials and available company budget.

ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: 75% of the time. There is no additional compensation for travel.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Regularly walk stand or stoop; occasionally lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 25 pounds; and regularly drive a motor vehicle.

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is a core service of Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program designed to support individuals living with serious mental illness in achieving stability independence and improved quality of life. Our PRP provides structured community-based support focused on developing life skills managing symptoms and promoting personal recovery goals.
Through individualized service planning case management health home coordination and peer support the PRP helps clients navigate housing employment education and health care access. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) is responsible for supporting individuals with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders in achieving greater independence and community integration. The DSP helps clients build daily living skills access resources follow through on treatment goals and develop coping strategies that support their wellness and recovery. Services may be provided in the community in the clients home or at a designated program site and must align with the clients individualized rehabilitation plan.
