Sales Support Coordinator Germany Poland & Baltics (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg City (Hybrid)
Languages: German & English (mandatory) Polish (a plus)

At Wilhelmsen Ships Service were searching for a proactive and analytical Sales Support this role youll empower our sales team with precise data insightful analysis and excellent administrative support playing a vital part in how we connect with customers and drive our business forward.
What Youll Be Doing
- Dive deep into sales data to generate actionable insights and support strategic business reviews helping our team make smarter faster decisions.
- Oversee the entire contract management processfrom drafting and renewing customer agreements to ensuring every detail is up-to-date and compliant.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sales forecasts pipeline and planning data so the team can confidently pursue new opportunities.
- Deliver clear data-driven analytics focused on boosting sales performance and strengthening customer relationships.
- Manage all outbound communications including customer letters and documentation
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers and customers by handling forms and registrations for various customer portals.
- Organize both internal team events and external customer gatherings creating memorable experiences that foster collaboration and engagement.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and enhance teamwork making a real impact on our efficiency and success.
What You Bring
- Background in commercial fields (e.g. Industriekaufmann/frau Bachelor degree or similar)
- 2 years experience in an administrative sales support or data coordination role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Hands-on well-organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience preferred Salesforce is a plus)
- A collaborative mindset youre a team player whos proactive accountable and results-oriented.
- Fluent in German and English; Polish language skills are a plus
- Curious proactive and eager to grow in a fast-paced team
