Job Summary

As Lead Product Manager for our Product Core team you will guide the agentic transformation of the Qualified platform. Youll own the evolution extensibility and reliability of the core systems that power our application. This includes strengthening foundational components and frameworks scaling our native integrations ecosystem and driving the overall maturation and extensibility of our platform. You will collaborate closely with other product managers and designers Customer Success and Support - supporting their needs as they translate customer and prospect needs into scalable features.
What Youll Do
Enhance our core platform features evaluating opportunities to drive agentic innovation all while expanding and simplifying the user experience
Develop a roadmap for the maturation and extensibility of our platform by listening closely to customers support requests and implementation needs
Strengthen and expand our native integrations ensuring our customers have reliable flexible and modern ways to connect Qualified to their broader martech stack
Improve the core platform components and frameworks that support our products and implementations
Diligently support our core trust initiatives ensuring adoption of the latest privacy accessibility and compliance standards
Partner closely with Customer Success and Support to enhance onboarding and adoption as well as Solutions Engineering to support pre-sales needs
Partner closely with design engineering and architecture teams to make informed trade-offs that balance speed scalability and user experience
What Were Looking For
7 years of product management experience
Good blend of technical intuition and customer empathy able to anticipate future needs able to produce elegant generalized solutions for complex problem spaces
Service-oriented mindset: Important to be good at reasoning about things like abstraction and component architecture
A strong collaborator with product design engineering customer success and SEs
Proven ability to translate complex customer and partner needs into scalable developer-facing solutions
Entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-moving high-growth environment
Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and iterating quickly using Agile principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers executives and external partners
