Skills:
- 7 years of professional experience in software quality engineering with at least 5 years in performance testing.
- Strong expertise with performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner Gatling or similar.
- Proven ability to analyze performance across the application layer databases (SQL/NoSQL) and servers (Linux/Windows application servers middleware).
- Solid knowledge of profiling monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana Prometheus New Relic Splunk).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing in DevOps workflows.
- Strong skills in scripting/programming (Java Python or JavaScript).
- Experience in financial services or banking systems (payments core banking transaction processing) is a strong plus.
