- Should be proficient in Oracle Cloud Benefits.
- Should know how to configurations and understand the integration points Benefits and Payroll.
- Should be able to analyze payroll issues related to benefits configurations.
- Should be able to own integrations work with client to gather requirements and work with technical team to get them delivered.
- Should possess good communication skills and should take ownership of activities end to end.
