BI Platform Administrator (x|f|m) Tableau SAC Hybrid

Grow with us Your Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Tableau Server and SAC platforms in a multi-user high-demand environment

• Manage upgrades patches capacity planning clustering and load balancing

• Monitor platform performance: tenant health resource usage schedules extracts and background processes

• Build and maintain platform health dashboards (usage capacity performance)

• Handle user incidents and perform proactive issue identification and resolution

• Oversee authentication and user management (SAML AD/LDAP OAuth SCIM)

• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and security-related configurations

• Develop automation using TABCMD TSM REST API PowerShell or Python to streamline monitoring and operations

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams on networking security and overall system performance

What will convince us

• Degree in IT or equivalent qualification

• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations (on-prem & cloud)

• Strong hands-on experience administering Tableau Server/Cloud

• Experience managing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and understanding SAC tenant operations

• Experience in platform or system administration IT operations or application support

• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills in English

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
