Job Summary
Team Red Dog is looking for a Programmer/Writer 4 with Azure DevOps expertise to support our global technology client in delivering high-impact solutions. This exciting opportunity blends technical project management Azure DevOps administration and technical writing giving you the chance to shape projects from design to implementation while collaborating with talented teams. This fully remote role requires strong technical depth leadership and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Azure DevOps Expertise (8 years): Proven experience configuring administering and integrating Azure DevOps with Power Platform and Microsoft tools such as Exchange Teams SharePoint and Power BI.
- Technical Project Management (8 years): Skilled in project design scope management cost control quality performance reporting and resource management ensuring delivery of efficient and effective solutions.
- Technical Writing (8 years): Strong ability to create functional specifications documentation for technical audiences and high-quality analytical reports to support decision-making.
Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the chance to combine technical leadership and project management in a dynamic environment. Youll work closely with stakeholders to move projects forward manage resources and contribute to the technical direction of Azure DevOps initiatives. Remote with PST focus the role allows autonomy and creativity in delivering meaningful outcomes while shaping both process and technical solutions.
How you will make an impact:
Manage project schedules scope costs and resources.
Create functional specifications and technical documentation.
Oversee the implementation of technical solutions in Azure DevOps.
Lead development teams and facilitate testing processes.
Provide analytical information for effective decision-making.
Support Power Platform integration (Power BI Power Automate).
The expertise you bring:
810 years of experience in technical project management and Azure DevOps.
At least 2 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Administrator or similar role.
3 years as a MS D365 Developer.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform integrations and managed connections.
Experience with workflow customization and integration using code.
Technical writing and documentation for technical audiences.
Bachelors degree in computer science English journalism or communications.
Certifications: Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert (required); PMP (preferred); PMI-ACP or Microsoft Certified Trainer (nice-to-have).
