Type: Contract
Shift: Morning & Night
Pay Rate: $68 $72 per hour
Schedule: 3 days per week 11.5 hours per day 34.5 hours per week
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surgfor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
Responsibilities
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy with accuracy and efficiency.
Administer conscious sedation safely following established protocols.
Monitor and assess patient conditions responding promptly to changes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality coordinated care.
Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation.
Comply with hospital policies procedures and all regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience with IV insertion phlebotomy and conscious sedation.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Active New York State RN License (primary source verification via NYSED).
Certifications: Current AHA BLS certification.
