About the PositionUnder the general direction of the Associate Dean and Operations Manager this position provides administrative support for day-to-day operations of the College of Business and Economics. This is a highly visible and interactive front desk position. This position supports the Dean Associate Dean Operations Manager Program Manager and other college stakeholders. This position is also responsible for key components of the college accreditation process.

This is a public facing position that serves students faculty industry professionals alumni and donors and is responsible for maintaining a welcome office environment for all visitors. This is a full time in person position.

Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or GED
  • Three years of experience in office/clerical bookkeeping accounting or general administrative work. Formal education will substitute year-for-year experience.

Demonstrated:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills using a PC
  • Ability to use a variety of software programs and adept at learning new software programs
  • Ability to work in an environment with frequent disruptions while generating high quality work with careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Experience managing events
  • Experience working with Canva or similar graphic design programs
