Fr den Onsite Support am Standort unseres Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Techniker (m/w/d).Als Deskside bzw. Field Service Techniker/in lsen Sie Kundensupportprobleme direkt vor Ort am Standort unseres Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

2nd Level Support Analyse und Beseitigung auftretender Strungen in Standard- und betriebsspezifischer Software und Hardware;
Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Ticketsystem;
Installation und Konfiguration von PCs Laptops und Druckern;
Regelmige Prfung der IT-Ausstattung in Bros und Konferenzrumen;
Aufbau neuer Hardware und Lagerhaltung;
Eskalation und Kommunikation an 3rd Level mittels kundenspezifischen Ticketsystem.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift;
Fundierte PC- Kenntnisse im Bereich Software und Hardware sowie in: Windows- Betriebssystemen WIN7 / WIN10 Netzwerk - und Office- Anwendungen Mobile Device Management Support;
Wnschenswert wren darber hinaus Kenntnisse in Active Directory Microsoft Server Exchange Asset Management Tools Office 365 IP- Telefonie ITIL sowie Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem;
Die Person verfgt ber eine IT- Ausbildung oder mehrjhrige IT- Erfahrung als Quereinsteiger;
Fhrerschein Klasse B.
