You will join a team of attorneys in the Products & Regulatory Legal Group who support teams advising Apples service/customer support engineering operations marketing and social media teams on a wide range of issues. You will collaborate with other legal groups and cross-functional business and engineering teams to strategize on global product support and service strategies. You will draft review and manage product warranties service-related agreements and advise on service policies. Youll help coordinate strategize and draft responses to regulatory agency inquiries and investigations. You will review and provide guidance to Apples social media and marketing teams on consumer-facing communications. You will also advise Apple management on risk allocation/mitigation business strategies and policies. You will play an important role in supporting our service organization in providing award winning technical support and product service to customers around the world who enjoy Apple products.
2 years of experience with general transactional regulatory or litigation matters
JD degree or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Experience with product counseling consumer law and product regulatory issues
Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Experience advising on use of generative artificial intelligence
Ability to handle your own high-volume workload on day-to-day matters
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple range of matters supporting multiple cross-functional teams
Ability to distill complex legal concepts into practical guidance for non-lawyers
Crisp and clear communication style
Ability to advise executive management and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships counseling collaborating and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners
