Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in establishing risk and change practices templates policies tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for Port of NEOM Port Programme.
- Provide guidance and assist with the development of any integrated change to provide transparent impact across all stakeholders to ensure the right information is submitted to allow efficient decision making at Change Board.
- Working within the NEOM DoA and Port of NEOM DoA implement and manage periodic Change Board
- Validate track and record progress of all submissions to change board.
- Communicate and ensure Implementation of all decisions from Change Board.
- Ensure accurate records and maintained and retained for all decisions at Change Board
Key Qualifications :
- 10-15 years of Risk and Change management experience in a construction environment.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a project controls environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Proven track record of experience as a similar role.
- Previous Experience in KSA
- Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC.
- Demonstrable experience of management of Risk and/or Change in a complex construction Programme.
- Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational multi-dimensional organization.
- Experienced in the design and management of graduate and trainee programmes.
- English proficiency
- Computer skills Word Excel Outlook Explorer Primavera Microsoft Project Access @Risk or similar TILOS
