Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with special events and promotions
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
- Manage waiting lists during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive dining atmosphere
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer service role
- Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of local culture and customs
- Basic math skills for managing reservations and seating arrangements
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Physical stamina to stand walk and move for extended periods
- Ability to perform tasks such as kneeling pushing and pulling when necessary
