Job Summary

What you will be doing:

  • Provide friendly efficient and professional front office service including warm welcomes check-ins and check-outs.
  • Anticipate guest needs handle cash transactions and maintain Pullman service standards.
  • Monitor room status manage guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols.
  • Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:      

  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
  • Guest-oriented approachable and genuinely service-minded
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
  • Sales-driven mindset
