With operations spanning across the Middle East Africa and Asia they specialize in digital travel solutions and B2B services. The company is expanding its Cairo office and building a high-performing operations team to support its global hotel booking processes.
We are hiring 7 Operations Agents to join the Reconfirmation Team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reconfirm hotel bookings and ensure that all reservations are correctly received and acknowledged by hotel partners. This involves active communication through emails and phone calls managing booking accuracy and promptly escalating any discrepancies for resolution.
Please note: This is a rotational shift role that includes rotational days off with potential coverage during weekends and public holidays as per business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Reconfirm hotel reservations with suppliers via email and phone to verify accuracy and acknowledgement.
Escalate any booking discrepancies or unacknowledged reservations to the relevant internal teams.
Communicate professionally using proper email etiquette and clear verbal communication.
Use Microsoft Outlook and Teams to manage daily correspondence and coordination.
Track and update the status of bookings in internal systems.
Handle a high volume of calls using a headset throughout the workday.
Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays as part of a team schedule.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree (preferably in Tourism Business or a related field).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Teams and basic Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a call-heavy environment using a headset.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
