We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 CRM to join an international implementation project in the automotive sector.
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements configuring the system and ensuring efficient processes for Dealer Performance Management based on the Sales module and selected marketing components of the Dynamics 365 platform. Knowledge of the Customer Service and Field Service modules is also valuable as further development in these areas may follow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities.
- Design and recommend solutions supporting business processes.
- Conduct workshops training sessions and consultations with business users.
- Configure the system and prepare functional and process documentation.
- Support UAT execution and solution rollout.
- Provide advisory on best practices and development opportunities within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
Requirements:
- 57 years of experience as a Solution Consultant / Functional Consultant for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong knowledge of the Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Experience in implementation projects involving configuration and optimization of business processes.
- Broad understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other applications.
- Ability to conduct workshops and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Fluent English spoken and written
