As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Amby you will:
- Support and run recruitment processes for some of Swedens most exciting companies.
- Build and nurture strong talent networks across tech product and commercial roles.
- Develop engaging job advertisements outreach strategies and candidate experiences.
- Partner with senior consultants to learn from the best and position yourself as a talent advisor.
- Influence how we develop and deliver recruitment and HR consulting services in Sweden.
- Stay ahead of the curve by applying new AI-driven tools in your daily work - and help our clients implement them too.
- Shape Ambys position in the Swedish market by driving client relationships representing Amby at industry events and contributing to building thought leadership.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Full professional fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
- 1-2 years of experience as a consultant or advisor within recruitment and/or HR (agency or in-house).
- A developing network within the Swedish talent market ideally within startups scaleups or large enterprises.
- A proven track record of independently supporting clients in recruitment talent acquisition or HR projects with strong measurable outcomes.
- The ability to connect naturally with people and represent Amby in the market from client meetings to industry events and thought leadership arenas.
- The curiosity ambition drive and resilience to grow into a consultant role and deliver high-quality outcomes.
