Job Description
- Support clients in resolving financial issues and provide guidance on debt management;
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts via phone SMS email and other channels;
- Prepare tailored debt repayment schedules;
- Monitor payments and send timely reminders;
- Work with TF Banks client management systems;
- Perform other tasks related to the servicing and management of clients with overdue debts.
Qualifactions
- Higher education (university or college degree);
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and Russian;
- Previous experience in finance or debt collection is an advantage;
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office (Excel and Word);
- High stress tolerance attention to detail speed empathy logical thinking and adaptability;
- Strong communication skills initiative and eagerness to learn;
- English language skills are a plus.
