Job Summary

Ultrasound Tech- Contract Role

Location: Saranac Lake NY 12983

Duration: 13-weeks

Shift: 10-hour Day/Eve

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $2480 - $2640; (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations following physician orders.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate imaging.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Analyze images for clarity and accuracy before submitting them for interpretation.
Maintain patient records and document procedures accurately.
Collaborate with radiologists physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Ultrasound Technician/Technologist.
Certification: BLS ARDMS certifications required.
Skills: Proficiency in performing ultrasound imaging maintaining equipment and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
