Our Client is currently seeking an experienced AWS Python Developer for a 12-month onsite contract position in Irvine CA. Please see the details below:

Location: Irvine CA
Duration: 12 Months
Work: Onsite

Qualifications:

10 15 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on data infrastructure and engineering.
Expertise in OOP design patterns algorithm optimization and problem-solving from first principles.
Strong background in parsing unstructured log data real-time data processing distributed/streaming frameworks.
Proficient in Python (Java/Scala a plus).
Deep expertise in ETL/ELT pipelines data integration and operational monitoring.
Experience drafting POCs and collaborating cross-functionally to build production-ready solutions.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).

Key Responsibilities:

Design build and maintain event-driven distributed data infrastructure and applications.
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time workflows.
Integrate and normalize diverse data sources with high standards of quality and accuracy.
Lead real-time data processing systems for analytics reporting and operational intelligence.
Collaborate with data scientists ML engineers and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Establish best practices for testing monitoring deployment automation and observability.
Mentor engineers and contribute to technical strategy architecture and roadmap planning.
