Job Summary

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IAM/PAM Consultant to manage and maintain enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems. The role requires strong technical expertise stakeholder collaboration and a proactive approach to ensuring secure and efficient identity governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IAM/PAM solutions including user provisioning de-provisioning authentication authorization and access reviews.
Secure privileged accounts through credential vaulting session monitoring and just-in-time access controls.
Integrate IAM/PAM systems with directories (AD LDAP OUD) cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and APIs.
Conduct compliance checks and audits to align with security policies and regulations (e.g. GDPR SOX NIST).
Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to strengthen access governance.
Troubleshoot issues perform gap assessments and recommend improvements to IAM/PAM frameworks.

Required Skills:

Strong foundation in IAM fundamentals (SSO MFA identity lifecycle).
Proficiency with IAM/PAM solutions such as SailPoint Okta CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
In-depth understanding of directory services (AD LDAP OUD).
Experience with IAM/PAM deployment in cloud environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Automation/scripting for IAM/PAM process optimization.
Experience in compliance audits and reporting.
Certification: Microsoft Certified Security Compliance and Identity (SC-900) or equivalent.
