Job Summary

Alloccio is an early-stage LegalTech startup focused on M&A transactions and negotiations. Our mission: to take the high volume and complexity of deal data and turn it into clear actionable insights - empowering all shareholders involved in an M&A deal to make smarter faster decisions.

As Technical Co-Founder youll shape both the technology and the company. Youll be the driver of our product roadmap tech stack and future team - and a sparring partner at eye level.

Tasks

Build from scratch and own the MVP and scalable architecture
Choose and implement the tech stack (backend frontend infra security)
Implement math-heavy logic
Experiment with AI-driven features (e.g. for data extraction)
Ensure smooth UX/UI
Hire and lead the engineering team as we scale
Be part of fundraising & investor conversations

Requirements

Youre full-stack and deeply product-minded
You enjoy working with AI products & features
Youre comfortable with math-heavy logic
You embrace the entrepreneurial rollercoaster - ups downs risks and opportunities
You thrive in tiny teams (at first its just us two)
Youre excited to start building a prototype pre-funding knowing its part of the founder journey and rewarded with equity
Youre ready to commit full-time once funding is secured (expected Q1/Q2 2026)

What you bring:

Proven experience building SaaS products (ideally FinTech / LegalTech / Analytics)
Strong backend skills (Python or similar) and Cloud/DevOps (AWS/GCP)
Solid frontend skills (React or comparable frameworks)
Bonus: familiarity with financial models Excel integrations or cap tables
German is a plus but not required
Living in Berlin is a plus but not required (occasional travel to Berlin expected)
