Job Description
We are actively hiring for Salesforce Developer
Location: Philadelphia PA
Visa: USC only
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including exposure to complex projects data dashboards interfaces and system integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Demonstrated proficiency in key development languages and data formats such as JSON XML JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with integration platforms particularly MuleSoft.
- Proven experience working with multi-system architectures and implementing redundancy design principles.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Copado and Jira.
- Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I/II Administrator Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder).
- Active certification is mandatory
