Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Tax Manager:
1. CPA License required
2. Minimum of three to six years of experience as a senior level accountant.
3. Five to ten years of overall experience in certified public accounting firms.
4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Requirements of the Tax Manager:
- Individuals must have their CPA license and have a minimum of three to six years of experience as a senior level accountant (or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by the partners).
- They have technical proficiency with the ability to supervise complete engagements and effective management of a book of business.
- They will have five to ten years of overall experience in certified public accounting firms.
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% onsite in-office role.
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
