We are seeking Business Analyst for a 6-month contract role with strong likelihood of extension.
The project involves enhancing an existing Gas Accounting System that supports customer onboarding contracts capacity release nominations confirmations scheduling measurement allocations and billing. Enhancements are driven by ongoing M&A activities requiring integration of newly acquired company processes into the existing application.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and document business gaps.
- Create and manage tasks within the JIRA system.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure requirements align with project goals.
Required Skills:
- Strong IT knowledge (JIRA MS Word Excel basic SharePoint).
- Experience in requirements gathering documentation and testing.
- Familiarity with UAT processes and defect management.
