Skills- Deep knowledge of fragrances and their composition
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to provide personalized fragrance recommendations
- Proficiency in sales techniques and achieving sales targets
- Experience with store operations and inventory management
To excel in this role you should be a highly motivated individual with a passion for the fragrance industry and a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
