Title: Associate Logistics Technician
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Employment Type: 1-year ContractEstimated End Date: October 20 2026
Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Associate Logistics Technician to work on-site with our client a worldwide designer manufacturer and integrator of precision control components company. This role supports the stockroom and dispatch functions to ensure timely movement of materials and accurate inventory control in a regulated aerospace environment. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Responsibilities-
Maintain accurate stock balances; issue and receive parts.

Perform cycle counts reconcile errors and verify lot traceability.

Process material movements physically and systematically.

Pull and put away material to assigned staging locations.

Manage Nonconforming Material transactions and ensure compliance.

Prepare paperwork and ship items for outside processing (OSP).

Schedule courier pickups/deliveries and expedite vendor processing to meet schedules.

Package and verify parts with correct paperwork and documentation.

Interface daily with program analysts engineers inspection personnel and assembly/test staff.

Train new employees and support multiple stockrooms as workload requires.

Maintain stockroom housekeeping and ensure safe/ESD-compliant handling of parts.

High school diploma GED or equivalent training.

5 years of manufacturing or dispatch/logistics experience.

Strong computer literacy (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Ability to navigate multiple transaction screens accurately (32 system transactions daily).

Strong attention to detail accuracy and lot traceability.

Excellent communication skills and a reliable punctual work ethic.

Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and remain on feet throughout shift.

Must be eligible to work with US export-controlled information.

Willingness to participate in the FAA Drug & Alcohol Program.

Dispatch stockroom or warehouse clerk experience in aerospace/FAA-regulated environment.

Familiarity with OSP processes vendor expediting and cycle count reconciliation.

Experience with Nonconforming Material processing and OP sheet interpretation.
-
ESD handling training.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production support environment.
