PAY RATE: $32-40/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

• Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Install maintain and troubleshoot flight simulation equipment (computers monitors audio/visual systems crew stations rack equipment).

• Conduct and document tests on products systems and components; analyze data and report results.

• Design fabricate assemble and modify test systems hardware and methodologies.

• Support system integration setup checkout and tear-down activities.

• Coordinate test requirements and lab activities; maintain and repair lab equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electronic mechanical and lab-related issues.

• Provide coaching and training as needed.

• Work under general direction.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance (active clearance preferred).

• Associates degree 3 years Bachelors 1 year or 5 years equivalent experience.

• 3 years in fabrication/assembly of mechanical or electrical systems (per industry standards).

• 3 years in an engineering lab environment or comparable military experience.

• 3 years reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Skills:

• 3 years working with flight simulation equipment.

• 3 years maintaining computer hardware.

• Experience with Mil-Spec connector termination.

• Experience with Mil-Spec fiber optic termination/splicing.

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance.
