Job Summary
Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying patient/family needs and for providing nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families/caregivers. Manages a caseload of patients/caregivers as assigned.
Requirement description :
- 2 years of Experience - Required
- IL RN License - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- Hospice Experience - Required
- Dedicated Hospice Admission Experience - Highly Preferred
- Profile Requirements:
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates)
Caseload: max 12
Mileage: Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate; however there is a large possibility they would be assigned a fleet vehicle
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Illinois
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active!
Weekend Requirements : Every 4th Weekend
On Call Requirements : Yes call required
