Job Summary
Title :Gen AI with Co Pilot - Remote
Location: Remote
Design and develop GenAI models including fine-tuning large language models (e.g. GPT LLaMA Claude).
Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs (e.g. OpenAI).
Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing training and deployment.
2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and large language models
Proven experience working with Microsoft Copilot (GitHub Copilot) or Azure OpenAI Services
experience building Gen AI solutions with AWS Bedrock
Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks
Knowledge of prompt engineering fine-tuning and model optimization techniques

Innovation & R&D:
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in generative AI multimodal models and MLOps.
Drive experimentation with new models prompt engineering and domain-specific adaptations.
Create internal GenAI tools copilots or agents to enhance employee productivity and customer engagement.
Governance & Ethics:
Ensure AI systems are explainable fair and aligned with ethical guidelines and data privacy laws.
Establish monitoring systems to track model performance drift and user feedback in production.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field (PhD preferred).
10 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
Strong experience with ML frameworks LLMs (GPT BERT etc.) and cloud AI platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Deep understanding of transformer architectures embeddings prompt engineering RAG and fine-tuning techniques.
Proven track record of delivering GenAI applications in enterprise or production environments.
