Job Summary
Job Brief:We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly visually appealing and highly functional digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research competitor analysis and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch
- Visual & Interaction Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs while ensuring seamless user interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Design Systems & Guidelines: Establish and maintain design systems UI kits and brand guidelines.
- Usability Testing & Feedback: Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
- Responsive & Mobile-First Design:Optimise designs for different screen sizes and platforms.
Skills Required:
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong proficiency in Figma Adobe XD Sketch Photoshop Illustrator or other design tools.
- Experience with motion graphicsis a plus but it is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of user psychology interaction design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
