Job Summary
Description
Manhattan Project Beer Co is seeking Front of House Servers to join our team. As a team member you will be responsible for providing world class customer service and creating beautiful moments for our guests in our unique Tasting Room environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests in a friendly and efficient manner upon their arrival
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders
- Deliver food to tables in a timely fashion from kitchen on the 2nd floor
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all guest areas in the FOH and BOH.
Requirements:
- Food Safety Certification Required
- TABC Certification Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude always
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
