Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Prep Cook you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. Youll thrive in a fast-paced environment work collaboratively with our culinary team and uphold our commitment to exceptional food and guest experiences.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking including washing peeling and chopping
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Clean and maintain work areas equipment and utensils to uphold kitchen hygiene standards
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work on a full-time schedule and be available for on-site work
