Job Summary

Growing National Law Firm is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in the Law Practice in San Diego LA or in SF. This can be a remote/hybrid role.

As a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney you will have the opportunity to work remotely contributing to high-stakes legal cases and providing strategic counsel to our clients. Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents
Prepare for and participate in depositions hearings and trials
Collaborate with partners clients and experts to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar and in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
