Job Summary
Growing Manufacturing firm seeks a Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Design Engineer you will work full-time on-site in Sheboygan contributing to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions. This position offers a competitive salary range between $90000 to $130000 per year providing you with the opportunity to grow and excel in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop new products
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing processes
- Conduct research to identify new materials and technologies for product improvement
- Perform testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
