Description

Warren Architecture is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team in Tucson. As a key member of our Architecture/Planning industry you will work full-time on-site contributing to the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This position offers a competitive salary range between $40 to $70 per hour providing an opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and team members to develop architectural designs
Produce detailed drawings plans and specifications for construction projects
Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and project requirements
Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
Professional experience as an Architect preferably in a similar role
Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes
Excellent communication problem-solving and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
